A branded project status report as PDF, downloadable from the project overview and emailed to client contacts on a schedule.
Overview
Gives account teams a consistent, client-ready status report generated from live Redmine data, with no manual spreadsheet work.
Key features
- “Download Report” box on the project overview producing a paginated PDF.
- Report header with contract status, summary, contacts and key document links.
- Priority ticket tables (open and recently closed) for selected trackers, with optional spent time.
- Summary snapshots and breakdowns by tracker, priority, assignee, author, version and category.
- Scheduled task emails the report to each project’s principal contact with the team on CC.
- Project settings tab to choose priority trackers and edit report fields.
