Overview
Tracks shared equipment and recharges its cost to the work it was used for. Bookings are made from issues, checked for conflicts, and billed monthly.
Includes a month-close process that freezes amounts, plus a full English and French interface.

- Book equipment from the issue form or issue page, with a live availability check and conflict prevention.
- Resources with multiple units, daily rates for tools and base fee plus distance rates for vehicles; rates are frozen at booking time.
- Calendar with month view and a resource planner (day, week and month scales), plus a free-equipment view.
- Monthly billing: one invoice per issue, configurable weekend and time-zone rules, split bookings across months.
- Exports: monthly report, CSV, summary PDF and a ZIP of per-issue PDF invoices; “close month” locks invoiced bookings.
