Redmine Business Management Extensions

Bring customer, billing and operational processes closer to your project data.

How I can help

Many teams already track their work in Redmine, so it makes sense to keep customer, billing and operational data next to it. I build business extensions that connect project data with how you bill time, invoice customers and report to clients.

Examples include equipment booking with monthly PDF invoices, payroll-ready time exports, client status reports and automated customer communication.

FAQ

Business Management Extensions: common questions

Can Redmine handle billing and invoicing?

With a custom extension, yes. I have built booking-based billing with monthly PDF invoices, and payroll-ready exports from Redmine time entries.

Can you connect Redmine to our existing CRM or accounting system?

It depends on the system’s API. I review the system during scoping and recommend the most practical integration approach.
